Membership will always be optional to enjoy the majority of our events. When you do become a Cambridge Whisky Club member though, you’re gaining access to some of the best whisky deals in the area. Keep reading to find out what the perks of membership are, and to buy yours.
Core Member Benefits
The core benefits of membership are available for the duration of your membership, mostly from our HQ at Thirsty – Cambridge.
- Minimum 10% off whisky by the measure
- Whisky Wednesdays – 20% off a selected whisky while stocks last.
- Members-only bottle, with measures available at bottle-share pricing, from our HQ. Subject to (one-per-member-per-day) fair usage policy.
- 10% off tickets for Cambridge Whisky Club events (see our upcoming & past events).
- 10% off first online order with Digital Distiller

These benefits are limited and subject to our negotiations with other associates. Members will be informed when benefits in this category become, or are no longer, available. Sometimes, they may be promoted to core benefits.

Buy
Currently, we offer 1-year and 6-month memberships. The year membership is great if you know about the club already, or are happy to support us and make the most of your benefits. A 6-month membership is great as a taster, or if you’re not in Cambridge for a whole year. Both can be purchased as gifts.
Terms & Conditions
The most up-to-date terms of your membership are as stated on this page.
Upon purchasing a membership, you will receive a confirmation receipt email. You will receive an email when your membership card is ready to collect from our HQ. In most cases, this will be in under 3 days. In the case of gifted memberships, the recipient’s name and email will be collected as well as an ideal delivery date for the welcome email. In some circumstances the requested date might not be achievable, but we will contact the purchaser as soon as possible if this is apparent. Your membership card is required as proof of membership when claiming in-person benefits.
Members will periodically receive emails to:
- supply them with discount codes for the above benefits when they become available.
- inform them of new or leaving ‘other’ benefits.
- publicise club events.
- remind them to take advantage of their benefits.
